SilverStone has recently released a number of storage based products like USB 3.0 hard drive enclosures for 2.5″ and 3.5″ drives and even a NAS device for your home network. Today we’re reviewing a storage based accessory that’s a little bit different, the CP06 SATA power cable. This is more than just a power cable extension however, as the device includes two 2200μF capacitors to stabilize the power going to your drives. Capacitors have previously been added to power supply PCI-E cables to help protect graphics cards and are now here to protect your hard drives and SSD’s.
