They are very good at fixing problems that reviewers come across but I never got a confirmation that this was resolved. If you really must have a slim profile case than the ML03 is good, but with cases like the GD05 and GD06 that can accept full size video cards we recommend those over the ML03. Our test model performed great and had excellent voltages. The distributor should be able to replace it under warranty unless a lot of time has passed since you purchased it.
